‘Ronke Opajobi holds a B. Ed degree in English/Language Arts from the University of Ibadan. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria. She started her career in company secretarial practice in 1992 when she took up employment as an Assistant Corporate Secretary with Lennap Services Limited, a firm of Chartered Secretaries affiliated with Messrs Pannell Kerr Forster (Chartered Accountants).
Before joining City Secretaries Limited (CSL) as the Chief Operating Officer on 6 July, 2009, ‘Ronke had worked as Head, Corporate Services with Monument Securities and Finance Limited, a firm of Stockbrokers (2008 – 2009) and as General Manager with Folreinco Nominees Limited, a firm of Chartered Secretaries (1999 – 2004) amongst her other working experience.
Miss V. O. Opajobi, FCIS is the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. She joined the Company on 6 July, 2009 as the Chief Operating Officer. She heads the Management team.
The Chief Executive Officer is supported in the Company’s daily operations by technical staff at varying stages of qualifying as Chartered Secretaries and Chartered Accountants.
There is also a strong support in the group’s Finance Department headed by Mr. Sunday Adekunle Okunade and in the Administration Department headed by Ms. Lillian U. Akowe.
